How we have celebrated World Kidney Day at our office?
• we have created a beautiful visual for this special Day (please see our poster).
• all the people from our office were welcomed in the morning with a personalized bottle of pure water (to start the day drinking water), a hand-made bag of dry lingonberry and an card with the 8 golden rules to reduce the risk of developing kidney disease. All of this found on their desk.
• at noon time, we’ve enjoyed a healthy bio brunch (drinks bar with plant tea, natural/detox limonade, salade and soup and at the end fortune coockies with short funny health messages to keep our kidneys safe).
• the event was opened by 2 strong and emotionaly speech stating the importance of WKD worldwide and the importance to keep your kidneys in health.
• all of us we’ve took our 8 golden rules card at home to share this info around, with family, close friends.
