Supporting the theme of women’s health and empowerment, this first-ever event brings together the kidney care community with a panel that includes Mandy Hale, vice president of nursing at DaVita Kidney Care; Dr. Wisam Al Badr, medical director for DaVita Saudi Arabia; as well as a kidney transplant recipient, a living donor, a patient advocate and representatives from the National Kidney Foundation, Denver Health and the American Transplant Foundation.
Panelists will discuss health equity, policy and advocacy, transplants and living donors, and patient care.
