World Kidney Day Interactive Education Stand

On Thursday 14th March 2024 there will be a multi-disciplinary interactive education stand for patients, family members and staff. It will highlight the key lifestyle factors we can all take to prevent chronic kidney disease (CKD) or detect it at an early stage. It will also emphasize important medication safety information.  

There will be a quizzes for staff and our dialysis patients highlighting key messages of CKD management, with lots of exciting prizes to be won.

Our catering department will be providing a kidney friendly cookie to all patients attending the dialysis unit in recognition of the day.
