Every year, Izumozaki Town Hall holds a free lecture presentation on CKD on Sunday in March. This year’s theme is “Kidney Health is the Key to Health and Longevity”. We take exercise to prevent fall and subsequent hip fracture, as we are singing a theme song of Mito Kōmon, a very famous Japanese period drama.
