The program is design to sensitize and generate awareness at the rural community. The program also aim to screen 500 participants, screening procedure include, body weight measurement, blood pressure measurement, urine test, and testing for creatine. identified patient will be refered to the Teaching Hospital and emphases will be made on behaviour change to prevent kidney disease.
