We celebrate WKD by
community campaign:
– Visits to primary, secondary schools, universities , health centers (10).
– We work with Qatar Red Crescent health education about kidney health and prevention on kidney diseases to manual worker in industrial areas. We distribute free tumblers water bottles and Caps for protection from sunlight and we do screening test for diabetes, high blood pressure and weight check-up. we also distribute flyers on kidney heath.
– We are organizing a public event on 1st March 2024, 4 pm – 9 pm. we have very exciting program
– Hospitals Open days: We celebrate WKD in our 5 main hospitals in Hamad Medical corroboration in Qatar on 6th and 7th March 2024
– We treat our dialysis patients with gifts, this time we giving away a thousand medicine organizers
Educational event: we are conducting a symposium on 8-9 March 2024, it has been accredited 16.75 CPD points, We expect more than 10000 attended ( based on previous years attendance)
