Higher intensity aerobic endurance training. Outdoor Activity- everyone can participate! The training will be conducted by a certified occupational therapist Rūdolfs Cešeiko MD, PhD. The training will take place in Riga, Āgenskalns district, near to Māras Dīķis lake on March 14, 2024 at 2PM. physical activity is essential for maintaining kidney health for everyone.
