Renal staff from Shropshire’s two main hospitals will be heading out into the shopping crowds at the Darwin shopping centre in Shrewsbury to help promote World Kidney Day 2014.
People will be able to get blood pressure checks, diet advice, exercise advice, as well as information about renal services and transplants at the Darwin Shopping Centre in Shrewsbury on Saturday, 15 March.
Staff will be setting up stall opposite Massarella’s Coffee Shop from 10am until 4pm. As well as the checks and advice on offer there will also be raffles and competitions to raise money for the Renal Unit at Shrewsbury.
