As a part of week long program on the occasion of World Kidney day- 2017, like last year, our Department will be organizing a school health program on 5th March 2017. The participants will be students of grades 8, 9 and 10 of Chitwan High School, Bharatpur, chitwan. At the begining, Urine dipstick test of the students will be done to detect any urinary problems among school children. After this, they will be kept in the class rooms and a group of intern doctors will provide education to the students on different aspects of kidney diseases. We will try to make the session as interactive as possible and Various audio-visual materials will be used during the program. Those students who are found to have abnormal urine dipstick test will be called to the hospital for free detailed check up.
