On Saturay 28th, together with the Social Fund for Health of the bajo Lempa region, where the Mesoamerican Nephropathy is extremely common and the first cause of deaths in adult males, we had a meeting with CKD patients and volunteers, giving T shirts, bottles of water and leaflets with information. 30 people atended the meeting, and volunteers distributed 1000 leaflets throughout the impoverished communities of the bajo Lempa region.
