Saturday morning we are going to talk about how important I am, as a person, as a member of a family, as a worker, as a part of a community, so it is important to take care of myself, and there are several easy things to be done that can make a difference in my kidneys´ health. We want to make it personal, so people understand what they are, what they mean and what they need to do.
