The University of Kansas Kidney Institute and Division of Nephrology invite you to join us for a free kidney health screening event open to the community! This free screening event will be held on Thursday, 3/14/24 from 5:30-7:30pm in the Lied Hixson Atrium of the Kansas City Campus.
At this event participants can receive free health history, blood pressure, and urinalysis screening to determine individual risk for developing or advancing kidney disease. Participants will immediately review their tests results and risk factors with a kidney specialist doctor and be connected with appropriate resources for community follow-up and education.
Appointments are anticipated to take 20-30 minutes and must be made in advance by calling 913-588-6076 or emailing nschnieders2@kumc.edu. Please direct any questions to these contacts. An appointment confirmation email will provide additional information such as parking and event details.
