For five days starting the 5th of march we started visiting the universities and schools in Jordan and educating students about the impact of obesity on kidney function, hypertension and diabetes and on the 9th of march we invited nurses, doctors, students and employees to the specialty hospital in Amman and I gave a talk about the the world kidney day in general and the theme of this year ( obesity and the kidney) and at the end we offered a free BMI calculation for all attendees and encouraged those within normal to keep up and advised those with high BMI to loose weight in order to keep healthy kidneys.
