We celebrating the World Kidney Day 2015 in Singapore at the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. We all love the theme ‘Healthy kidneys for All’ and the event is planned around this theme to encourage participation from all members of the community. There is significant publicity to ensure participation from various members of our community including sending out flyers to community centers, places of worship and public gathering sites. There will lots of fun games, live cooking session, exercise demos and multidisciplinary team booths to enhance the visitors experience. Lastly, to fit in with the theme we are launching a mobile app for patients with long-term conditions to enable self-management and tracking of their parameters in one integrated mobile app!
