Angthong Hospial, the government hospital under the jurisdiction of public health ministry of Thailand , has started CKD Clinic from 2010 by giving health education for OPD and IPD patients, who has problems about creatinine rising. Over 40000 people in the city has DM and HT and high risky to CKD. We performed a Kidney committee in 2014 with the goal to slow progression of Kidney disease in every hospital in the city, and kicking off on March10.2016.
