Hi! I’m a peruvian nephrologist, I live in Lima and I work in one of the biggest Peruvian Healthcare System called Essalud. I’m in charged of the Chronic Kidney Disease Prevention Program of my institution. That’s why I’m deeply interested in teaching people how to make a difference, how to take care of our amazing organs, such are the kidneys. Therefore, I thought this year it would be a great idea to create videos spreading information about prevention and how to take care of these organs. With a little, actually, a lot of help of my friends, we created this video, where we teach people what kidneys do, why they are so important, and how to take care of them. I thought it would be something new and innovative, to make a video where people of different professions and hobbies would give information about World Kidney Day and its importance.
