In a heartwarming display of camaraderie and sportsmanship, a unique cricket match was held on the Morning of Sunday, 10th March 2024 between teams comprising organ recipients and their donors. The event, held at C K Birla Hospital, Jaipur, was a resounding success, promoting awareness about the life-saving potential of organ donation.

The enthusiastic participants, both recipients and donors, showcased their cricketing skills in a friendly yet competitive match. The atmosphere was electric, filled with cheers and sportsmanship, as the two teams battled it out on the field.

This match transcended the boundaries of sport, serving as a powerful symbol of hope and gratitude. The recipients, who have received a new lease on life thanks to organ donation, had the opportunity to express their heartfelt appreciation to their donors. The donors, in turn, were able to witness the positive impact their selfless act has had.

The event also served as a significant platform to raise awareness about the critical need for organ donation in India. With a large gap between the number of organs available and those in need, every donation can make a life-changing difference.
