In the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Tetovo, Macedonia the Science Group in collaboration with the Student Parliament organised a project to honor the World Kidney Day 2017. The project included an informative lecture with the topic “Kidney Disease and Obesity” aiming to raise awareness among professional health institutions, students and concernd citizens. The lecture was held by Prof. Dr. Lutfi Zylbeari, nephrologist in the Clinical Hospital of Tetovo, Macedonia and also a lecturer at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Tetovo, Macedonia. Beforehand, the members of the Science Group and friends organised a hiking through the countryside of Tetovo to the so-called “Banja e Tetovës” supporting the initiative #move4kidneys .
