Shanghai Society of Nephrology will hold a press conference named ”12th world kidney day & 4rd Shanghai kidney week & science popularization of Shanghai medical association centenary” with the theme of “Kidney disease and obesity” on March 9th in Shanghai, China. There will be announcements of 2017 WKD events in the kidney week as well as talks on kidney health education to raise awareness of kidney disease and metabolic disorders. In the following week, there will be a city-wide campaign including free clinic, health consultant, science popularization activities and patients gatherings, both in downtown and suburbs.
