Risk Checklist Guidelines
In line with our focus on screening and early detection, the kidney risk check list has been developed to highlight the riskfactors that can cause Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
USE
- Disseminate copies at local events;
- Provide copies to local physicians via your national physiciansocieties;
- Post in hospitals, clinics or in toilets;
- Use the poster as an ad in print publications: Medicaljournals, newspapers etc.
- Seek sponsorship from local companies to print additionalcopies.
FORMAT
- The size of the poster is A3 (29.7 x 42 cm).
- The poster comes in 2 versions: full color and black &white.
