Our objective is to support global efforts to reduce the burden of Kidney Disease, recognizing that Kidney Disease increases risk for cardiac disease and that the same prevalent risk factors like hypertension and diabetes are common to both kidney and cardiac disease. We will be encouraging preventative behavior changes to our Jamaican patients/visitors through patient care information.
