World Kidney Day Awareness Initiative by Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) and Mediclinic City Hospital Dubai

MBRU and Mediclinic City Hospital Dubai will showcase the theme of the event “Kidney Disease and Obesity; Healthy Lifestyle for Healthy Kidneys” by organizing a public health awareness event tackling the following topics: 

• What your kidney does
• The importance of a healthy lifestyle
• The importance and impact of transplantation

Doctors and nutritionists will also be present to measure the blood pressure, blood sugar and IBM of individuals as well as provide consultations.
