The WKRU was engage with the online awareness (@TheWKRU). We retweeted all of the WKD campaign tweets. Some of our members were involved with the Kidney Research UK campaign and very active on twitter and instagram. We also supported messages of local charities: Kidney Wales and Popham Kidney Support.
