The only Voluntary organization in creating Awareness national-wide in Bangladesh, Kidney Awareness Monitoring and Prevention Society (KAMPS) organized “The Round Table discussion” on the eve of upcoming ‘World Kidney Day-2016’, styled “KIDNEY DISEASE & CHILDREN: ACT EARLY TO PREVENT IT” at the VIP Lounge of the National Press Club in Dhaka city. Professor Dr. M. A. Samad, The President of KAMPS, and Chief Consultant and head of the dept. of Nephrology, Labaid Specialized Hospital, presented keynote paper in the Roundtable meeting. Dr. Samad said the main objective of observing the World Kidney Day is to aware people across the world about the fear and sufferings of the kidney diseases, detecting kidney disease early and treating the patients and get them accustomed with sound lifestyle.
