On World Kidney Day TANKER Foundation organized the 2nd Smt. Lakshmi Venkataraman Endowment Oration to raise awareness about Organ and Cadaver Donation. Sri. Kochouseph Chittilappilly, the Chairman of Kochi-based V-Guard Group was the speaker of the Day on HEALTH ISSUES IN 21st CENTURY – ORGAN AND CADAVER DONATION” at the Madras Medical Mission, Mogappair, Chennai. It was attended by over 600 people across various sections of society. Sri. Kochouseph Chittilappilly spoke of the donation of his kidney at the age of 60 to a young poor truck driver.He also urged people to carry organ donor cards.
