Open to the public, professionals (nephrologist, endocrinologist, cardiologist, bariatric surgeon, nutricionists, physiotherapist) will deliver short 10 minute talks on the following themes:
History of WKD, which are the functions of our kideys; diabetes, hypertension and obesity and how they affect our kidneys; bariatric surgery and its effects on obesity related glomerulpathy, eating healthy, physical activity and their effects on global and kidney health.
There will be interaction with the public for Q & A session.
There will be a coffeee break.
