Since keeping fit reduces high blood pressure and obesity (two of the leading causes of kidney disease), on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, the public is invited to participate in a free exercise event outside CHCC. We will have fitness instructors giving a mini Zumba class and a mini Kickboxing class before the group takes a jog/walk around the CHCC property.
