On the occasion of World Kidney Day, United Ciigma Hospital and Nephron Kidney Care are organizing a marathon event “Kidneython 2017”. The theme of World Kidney Day this year is “Healthy Lifestyle- Healthy Kidney”. Kidneython is being organized on 5th March 2017 in 10 Km, 5 Km and 2 Km running categories. Unique feature of this event is participation of Kidney transplant recipients, kidney donors and relatives of cadaver organ donors along with regular runners. A banner competition of “Organ Donation” is also being organized to sensitize public about importance of organ donation.
