An initiative of Narmada Kidney Foundation (NKF) on the occasion of World Kidney Day 2014. World Kidney Day (WKD) is celebrated every year throughout the world with an aim is to encourage ways to prevent kidney disease. The theme for 2014 (WKD) is ‘Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and aging. Note: 1. Kindly Register at NKF office, if you are interested in conducting a free screening camp for the senior citizens (above 60 yrs) of your society members or any organization you are associated with. 2. Tests will include CBC, S. creatinine and Urine Routine. 3. Tests will be done for those who are above 60 years, not known to have kidney problem. 4. Minimum 25 members are to be registered per society/ organization in order to avail society blood collection facility. 5. Attached is the screening form please make the photocopies & handover the filled forms at the time of screening camp. 6.
