In order to promote an healthy lifestyle the STRATEGY-CKD consortium proposes a run through your city. You decide your circuit but the objective is to create one that has the shape of a kidney. Everyone is encouraged to participate following these instructions:
– Download an app with which you can track your run.
– Drawn the itinerary you want to walk/run in the city in which you are living
– The itinerary should have a shape of a kidney (see below the example)
– The itinerary can be as long as you want
– Take a screenshot of your run
– Take a picture of you with running
– Publish in your Instagram stories/twitter on the 11 th March!!
