The Nephrology Department of the Unidade Local de Saúde de Arrábida (ULSA) have developed a Kidney Health Strategies that will be
implemented beginning in the current year. Therefore, the WKD campaign will be an initial part of our programme. By using different available
materials of the WKD Organization we have planned different activities that have been shared with the community and local Authorities.
The ULSA campaign will cover:
Musical activities.
CKD screening.
Disseminate information about CKD and its prevention in flyers and posters distributed in the most representative institutions in the city and at the campaign location
CKD knowledge questionnaire.
