CHCC will be hosting a Health Fair outside the Hemodialysis Clinic. We will have educational booths, health screenings for blood glucose and blood pressure levels, cooking demonstrations by Registered Dieticians, a Hashtag Photo Booth, and a Trivia game with prizes.
