WKD events in Macedonia traditionally are organized by NEFRON – Patient Association in Skopje. As previous year at the day in great hall in city hospital “8th September” we’ll hold a celebration of the DAY. Participation will take representatives from Ministry and the Health Insurance Fund , professional associations , other non-governmental organizations , our members and supporters, also media. There will be a ceremonial speeches, cultural and artistic part , lectures and cocktail and socializing part too.All event is conceived as three-hours event, full of activities in which we’ll send the message to other citizens in our country that chronic kidney disease is “silent killer” , but it can be prevent and treated if it’s detected early.
In anticipation of the day we are printing flyers, posters and other materials, and 3 lectures in cities Stip, Tetovo and Skopje will be held ,to the old population to introduce the topic of the day.
