Project Warriors is a digital platform to connect people who are fighting against any diseases to share about their journey and stories to increase health literacy in the community. In conjunction of the World Kidney Day, Project Warriors is calling public participation to share the patient stories and experience to raise awareness and increase both education and health literacy about effective symptom management and patient empowerment.
We want the community to better understand about the illnesses that impact the patients especially in the era of pandemic outbreak and embrace the patients from the painful to the joyful. We aim to raise disease awareness in the public to achieve better disease prevention and health management.
We want this to be an inclusive space for all men and women to share their stories and speak out against any discrimination and oppression of their conditions. We want to be as inclusive as possible here so we’re always open to feedback about how we could be doing better at sharing more voices.
