This is an opportunity for us to showcase the work of the Paul Popham Fund, Renal Support Wales and raise awareness of Chronic Kidney Disease. The Paul Popham Fund, Renal Support Wales aims to support Kidney Patients lead a better quality of life by providing advice and support that will benefit their physical and psychological well being as well as supporting the improvement of facilities.
