Public meeting for patients and their relatives visiting Christian Medical College on 12th March. Awareness about early detection of kidney disease, screwing of patients with history, Blood pressure examination, plasma glucose testing and urinalysis were part of the program. There were also several stalls with information and counselling about the following: chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplantation, dietary and lifestyle advice and a stall with games. The transplant stall also had awareness about deceased donor transplant and encouraged people to sign donor cards.
