World Kidney Day 2025
Join the Renal Multidisciplinary team on Thursday 13th March in celebrating World Kidney Day to promote kidney health education.
The theme for World Kidney Day this year is: Are Your Kidneys, OK? Detect early, protect kidney health.
This year’s theme aims to raise awareness about the importance of knowing the risk factors to kidney disease and the need for regular testing for high-risk factors.
On Thursday 13 March from 9am to 4pm, our Renal Multidisciplinary team will be conducting basic screening (blood pressure, blood sugar, urine protein, eGFR, creatinine) for anyone interested. The Pasifika Heart Foundation will be giving nutrition advice.
