National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia (NKF) in collaboration with the Malaysian Society of Nephrology celebrated WKD 2024 on 9 March 2024 at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur. Highlights of the programmes are WKD 2024 Explorace, health screenings, exhibitions, health forum and fun kids activities.
World Kidney Day 2024 was launched and officiated by YB Tuan Lukanisman Bin Awang Sauni, Deputy Minister of Health.
The WKD 2024 celebration is aimed to create awareness on the kidney health and the risk associated with kidney disease among publics.
