Kidney Health International trained 160 volunteers on how to educate the populace and organised groups on kidney disease prevention. It was a two-day training online and in-person after which a assessment of the competence of the volunteers was done theoretically and practically. The training was facilitated by Dr. Elliot Koranteng Tannor, the Founder and Director.
Millions of Ghanaians were educated throughout the month of March as these volunteers provided health talks to various organized groups in person and on various virtual platforms.
