MNDU campaign for WKD ,, Live well with kidney disease,,

MNDU event WKD: LIVE WELL WITH KIDNEY DISEASE (Mansoura nephrology and dialysis unit) team are keen to participate in WKD event every year to raise the awareness of CKD (from prevention to management). This for-coming event will be held over 2 days, the first day will be in our outpatient clinic and we will target health care providers, patients, and their relatives as well. we will distribute educational leaflets and flyers about kidney disease (nature, causes,prevention, and management) and how to live well with it. The second day will be a sport activity (a public walk) , and it will be held inside Olympic village, Mansoura university. and we will target healthy individuals to ensure the impotence of regular sports for and healthy life style for kidney health and to raise the awareness of CKD prevention as well. During these 2-days event , all precautions and restrictions required to prevent transmission and spread of COVID-19 infection (like social distancing, face masks, hand sanitation, …etc) will be strictly applied.
