On March 13, 2025, we celebrated World Kidney Day at the Medical College – Varna, Bulgaria. The event was organized by the Student Councils of Pharmacy Assistants and Medical Laboratory Technicians. Our team conducted blood pressure and blood glucose measurements, actively engaging with participants to raise awareness about kidney health.

This year’s theme, “Are Your Kidneys Healthy? Get Checked, Protect Your Kidney Health”, inspired us to emphasize the importance of early detection and prevention of chronic kidney disease. The event attracted students, faculty, and visitors, all eager to learn more about kidney health and its risk factors.
