A community health promotion intervention being held at the Fond Assau Primary school. This activity will be held within the heart of a rural agricultural community to encourage health protective habits which preserve normal kidney function. A core component of this activity will be health education to improve health literacy and to provide skills to improve self-management of individual health. A package of health screening services will be offered. Physical activity demonstrations will also be conducted. All activities are delivered to communities free.
