Visit to a Retirees’ Association in Strumica.
Nutritional and fluid – intake counseling will be provided to the members by a professional medical team from Diaverum Strumica, along with blood pressure and blood glucose measurements.
The event will be carried out together with students from the secondary medical school. They will be responsible for demonstrating physical activity exercises suitable for older adults.
