Kidney Rally/ March to culminate the month of activities

Objective: To raise awareness in numbers of early screening and detection of CKD.

Comment: To date, all of the activities have been successfully completed, and many professionals have received training, experience and practice regarding early screening, staging and referral for those patients with CKD. The participation and support from the Kidney Foundation Guyana, Regional Health Services, Region 6 and the local specialists and Medical Superintendents of the various medical facilities have been overwhelming. We look forward to completing two more activities for this month in observance of WKD, 2026, under the theme:
