World Kidney Day Celebrations & Walk

This World Kidney Day 2026 will be commemorated on 12th March 2026 at the Kenyatta National Hospital grounds. The day’s activities will begin with an awareness walk starting at 8:00 AM, bringing together healthcare professionals, partners, patients, and the public to promote kidney health and prevention.

Following the walk, the celebrations will continue at the hospital grounds, with free kidney health screenings running throughout the event. The activities aim to raise awareness on the importance of early detection, prevention, and care for kidney disease, while engaging the community in meaningful action toward better kidney health.
