We introduced the B on track card. Every pt who walks in can collect it and track the 2 important B’s namely BP and BMI. We feel it’s the most efficient cost effective first step in knowing about our kidneys.
we educated pts about how to be aware of kidneys with posters. Also we honoured our 96 year old CKD survivor on medical management.
