Optimizing equitable and timely access to kidney health care

The teaching activity is aimed at two groups:
a) Health professionals, primary care doctors, to raise awareness of the early detection of kidney disease and its early referral to a nephrologist.
b) Patients already with chronic kidney disease, promote education about their care in general and nutritional care in particular.
