Improving the Management of CKD pathways in Yorkshire and Humber – across primary and secondary care

The Yorkshire & Humber Kidney network and West Yorkshire ICB has collaborated with MORPH, a pharmacist managed and led organisation, to deliver this workshop.

A training workshop event for the regions primary and secondary care renal clinical staff focussing on Improving the Management of CKD pathways in Yorkshire & Humber across primary and secondary care.

This will include a series of talks regarding local figures, CKD pathways and the NICE CKD guidelines from Consultant Nephrologists based in the Yorkshire and Humber. It will also host discussions regarding primary care needs to upskill and build resources to help support patients and a GPs perspective on how local practices have developed audits in CVRM.
