World Kidney Day was held in western hospital on 11th March 2021
Activities undertaken in Western Hospital include
1. Online sports activity for renal patients
2. Online education on the right diet
3. Providing campaign materials to schools
4. Opening of Fresenius medical care dialysis clinic
5. Opening of Mercy dialysis unit which provides the lowest cost dialysis
6. We reached out to our local and national press including Hi Tv and Sirasa Radio to build awareness about kidney disease.
7. Online competition including Answer shar and win and a GR8 selfie competition
