Guidelines

The design of this poster is intended to help ordinary people across the globe visualize where their kidneys are located, by placing them in the human body. This image juxtaposed with the message that “1 out of 10” are at risk will stimulate people to seek guidance – the first step towards prevention.
The size of the poster is A3 (29.7 x 42 cm). You may of course decide to blow it up or reduce it.
The poster comes in 3 versions: full color, 2 colors (black and red032) and just black and white.
For each version, we are providing both a high-resolution PDF in English which cannot be altered and a QuarkXpress file. The QuarkXpress and its supporting Photoshop and vector graphics files will allow you to adapt the poster to your needs by translating all text.
You may choose to further adapt the poster by including your local telephone number or hotline under the international website address. The text could read, for example: “visit www.worldkidneyday.org or call 1-800 KIDNEYS”.
Please do not make any modifications (besides translation) to the bottom right-hand corner of the poster. On the other hand, please feel free to add your logos and the logos of your local/national sponsors on the bottom left.
